Greetings everyone, I am Carolina, the proud owner and head bartender at Drink Cartel. My journey in the hospitality industry began at a young age, and little did I know that it would shape my entire career. I have had the privilege of working in various facets of hospitality, including front desk operations, reservations, housekeeping, sales, and food and beverage services. Growing up, my parents worked in hotels in Europe, and these experiences instilled in me a deep love for the industry. Over the years, my career has taken me to different corners of the world, including California, Hawaii, Florida, Mexico, and Europe. Each place is special in my heart and has contributed to my growth. I have worked with esteemed establishments such as Marriott, Norwegian Cruise Lines, and Landry’s Restaurant Group, among others.

 

My profound appreciation for travel and hospitality has been a source of invaluable lessons. I have always focused on understanding and fulfilling individuals' unique desires for their special occasions. I endeavour to anticipate and fulfill guests' needs even before they are voiced, striving to create memorable experiences for each one.
